What is ScarWork?
So glad you asked…
When people think of ScarWork, they may think of someone applying a lot of pressure to break up the scarred tissue, resulting in pain and possible bruising around the area.
That’s something I would like to clear up right away; the ScarWork I do, taught to me by Sherron Wheeler, is the exact opposite, it is a specialized manual treatment that is gentle and although people have very different pain interpretations, it should be a painless process.
